Hi folks, I know tyres have been done to death

Just got 6 wolf rims, looking to put some tyres on them. (Going onto a 130)

Primarily after 235/85/16
Probably going to be 80% tarmac
Probably looking for a slightly aggressive AT (or MT's if the price is right)

Hopefully looking for ~$200 a tyre
3 ply would be nice :)

Currently on list;

Mickey Thompson ATZ
Maxxis bighorn
Federal couragia MT

other recommendations? (any tips on where to get them in VIC?)

FWIW I recently changed from bfgs to maxxis due to cost - so far quite satisfied

I have done ~55,000k on Maxxis 753's in that size and have at least another 15,000k left in them. Its a hard rubber composition and wear very evenly with correct pressures. They are very quiet. Big side lugs but close lugs in the centre. I would buy these again but will go to 255/85/16 in Bighorns. I paid $230ea for the 753's.
