Puma Head Restraints

My M&M seat covers have from the UK and now I have to fit them. It looks easy ... but how do I remove the head restraints? I have moved them to their highest position but they don't want to go any further. Any suggestions?

just squeeze in the little button on the black plastic trim (only one per head rest) and lift the head rest at the same time
