Puma radio IFO adaptor

Can anybody tell me what connector my 2010 LR Defender 130 radio /single cd player will have on the end ( i have not got the tool to get it out yet ) i believe it may well be the flat pin type. I require one so i can fit a clarion head unit....

It has an ISO connection (with flat pins). I purchased a Pioneer to ISO adapter for my Pioneer Unit from RYDA. You my need to do similarly with the Clarion.

As for removing the LR unit two bits of coat hanger wire bent into a flat bottomed "U" will do the job.
