I am about to have the complete rear diff on my Puma replaced under warrenty.I have had the centre replaced 3 times so now the whole diff will be done.Should a rear diff or rear wheel alignment be done also because I have had steering issues with it too(heading to left).
Steering box and arm have been adjusted, wheel alignments done and a different front spring was put in the drivers side (white white) original was yellow yellow but it still heads to the left.Maybe there is a difference in the wheelbase measurements.

There are no adjustments in the rear suspension (well, weren't in the older ones, I'd be very surprised if there were in the new ones), but a check of rear alignment might show up any ongoing problem relating to an out of tolerance or incorrectly assembled part - although it is difficult to think of what could be out. Sideways position of the axle is set by the A-frame and its mounts, and angle by the lower links and their mounts. No adjustments anywhere.

The diffs have been very noisy and L/R have been replacing the centres to eliminate the noise by installing reworked bits, but it has not worked.I was told they have a different supplier or manufacturer now. After 3 centre changes and ready for another in 26000k ,they said change all of it.
I hope it works. The noise gets a bit tiresome on a trip.
