NEED TEMPLATE FOR SNORKEL.

Hi guys,

When i bought the disco it came with a snorkel that had not been fitted. This snorkel had been fitted to a previous car though. However the gentleman had lost the fitting kit and the template to drill and cut the holes. Its a Safari snorkel with the land rover symbol moulded into it so im assuming its a genuine item. If anybody has a template and maybe a pic of the bracket fitted to the snorkel and car so i could replicate it that would be fantastic.
As you can probably appreciate this is not something im willing to guestimate.

Pretty sure somebody posted you can download one from the Safari Website.
I do have one somewhere in the shed,hasnt been sighted for a long time.

I checked on the safari website but couldnt find anything. I have spoken to ARB and they are going to let me know in the morning. They told me that safari very rarely give out templates and wont sell fitting kits seperate. This is apparently to stop people buying snorkels from ebay and so on.

I've still got mine. 2 templates, 1 for the main body and 1 for the intake adaptor.
Might make a copy of it. PM me your details and I'll send you it.

cannot help with the bracket as firmly attached to the a pillar. :)

I had the same snorkel and no template. ARB copied a template for me onto paper from one they had out in their workshop for no charge. took that along to my mechanic and it worked a treat. Safari would not provide a template.
