D2 Service Schedules

Probably a stupid question. My RAVE CD details maintenance procedures but I cannot locate the actual schedules - ie. 10k, 20k,30k etc. services and maintenance requirements on each.
Can the forum advise?
Hope I've got the terminology right.

Many thanks. My D2 is 2001 model and I have had it serviced every 10k.
Is it OK for every 20k or 12 months?
It has travelled 200k.

This is "the other one" for all models 99MY to 01 MY.
Service intervals in miles/kilometres is printed at the top, as per AndrewD's one.
Notice different mileage intervals.

Although the service schedules say 20K,at 200K,or really at any Ks. a 10,000 k interval is wise.
