I have an error code from the Nanocom with the ACE suspension. :clap2:Yes, it looks like a first but there are a few people running around with problems. I have checked Pedro :p

I am getting a 'Fault 03 04 Pressure Control Valve' error code. I have looked, searched and not really found a solution. No symptoms at all..no amber/red lights, leaks, worn bushes, serviced as per LR schedule, crushed pipes, hammered into the roundabout and spat out the other side  so everything checks out apart from Nanocom throwing up the error code. There is some talk of the Nanocom not being completely sorted for ACE but I never had this problem when I first bought the Nanocom and used it. Its only come up in the last 10,000 k's.

I also don't think it has anything to do with the 'Pressure Transducer' which Urban Panzer has on his website. It looks like I maybe the first who has this problem.

P.S. Are we starting to see the problems associated with the ACE suspension package and is not as bullet proof as we think?

Ok. Looks like I'm the pioneer :(

I will make the question easier so hopefully we can find a solution.

What part was replaced to fix the problem which causes 'Fault 03 04 Pressure Control Valve' from the Nanocom?

A part number might be handy as well, if you know what you're on about

I had the orange warning light after a 20k beach run recently, have had it in the past too in very similar conditions.Restart clears it,havent looked into Nanocom for the fault as yet.
ACE works very hard following wiggly beach ruts.

Well it looks like is either the ACE valve block  or the coil :D or both

Its about $1450 between the two. According to RAVE the pressure control valve is non serviceable and to fix this you replace the block. You can easily replace the coil.

I think for the fifty I'll replace the coil and clean the end of the valve and take it from there.

I hope this information is of assistance to others who have this problem.

Not all faults are real faults either.
Is your ACE working? If so I would suggest ignoring it.
It's not a "show stopper" in any case.

If it wasn't for the Nanocom you'd never have known....... :D

Hay there!

am still searching and investigating an ACE problem I have. I posted about it in the general chat area but maybe its not the best place. From what I have read about your ACE problem, may be we have some thing similar?

Well, since changing the coil there has not been a fault logged using the Nanocom. I have checked about 3 or 4 times since changing about 10,000 k's ago.

As I had no other symptoms, as Tombie suggests, everything felt normal.

I would think with the red or orange lightshow you have a serious problem like a pump gone or blockage. Possibly a coil has gone but to find these faults you need to have it hooked up to a Nanocom, Testbook or similar.

The ACE is quite reliable so there isn't much info to find.

Just to update this information...

The pressure control valve can be removed from the block. So if you have damaged either you can source parts to replace.

When I had my problem, I just pulled the valve out, cleaned, had a look, took a punt and put it back in with the new coil.

Problem solved.
