Where is the radiator drain plug on my 85 County (with air)?

I cannot find the damm radiator drain plug! The manual say it should be on the bottom left but not on mine.

Does your rad have a fill plug on top of the D/S rad tank? If so you just shove in a length of 8mm clear vinyl tube and siphon the coolant out into a bucket. Works for the D1/RRC rads perfectly. No mess no fuss.
