Nanocom wont connect to laptop

Hi
Can't connect my nanocom to the new laptop. Had the same problem with the old laptop.
Getting the following error messages from various areas:


Nanocom .exe not responding.
Error opening COM1 through to 10 (excluding 4 and 5) when selected
Nanocom is not connected
No driver found

Am a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to computers so would appreciate some local (Perth) help, with the appropriate amber liquid payment of course.:p

In car or out Graz????
Out of car you need to power the Nanocom.
Ask the laptop to find the Nanocom then use that com number.
Mine takes several attempts before it works.
Ben should be able to sort it for you.

Yes I installed the software and the nonocom was powered up.

Sorry graz, i had a bit of trouble getting My nanocom one connected but a bit of perserverence got it connected.
