Cant wait for it to cool off.
Watch for some records being set in the South West of WA for February.
Its been a hot month.

This is my first wet season in FNQ, and apart from a few cyclones, it has not been as bad as I had expected. Looking forward to May, not only cooler, less humid weather, but we get possession of our house. ;)

it wouldnt have been so bad if i didnt have to work.......
i could have worn shorts and open footwear.......

but......

having to wear long pants and thick work socks with workboots......you soon tire of summer......
a cool change will be very welcome from where i am.....

its always easier to dress warmer......than it is to dress cooler......
theres only so much i can take off before i start to scare people.......

If someone has a direct line to the weather gods, can you please remind them of that over here.... Or is it that we're in WA, we have to Wait Awhile......
The coolest night I've had for a while was fishing the other week with Landy Andy at Tims Thicket. Actually needed to put on the flanno and trackie dacks!!

Sent from my backyard TeePee using smoke signals.

Good point Andrew, but not to mention that Perth is currently @ 22 consecutive days over 30C and the record is in site with the temp not dropping below 33C up to and including this coming Saturday (5th). I think the paper yesterday indicated that 25 days above 30C was the record & would be easily beaten this time around. Not looking forward to the next lecky bill with the AC running virtually day & night at present:(
Just some more useless info for your useless info diary:D:D Put it under DEFENDERZOOK's entry.

Cheers,

Peter.

Andrew,

Don't forget the flanno (don't steal LOVEMYRANGIE (Andrews)) but more importantly don't forget the dooner/sub zero sleeping bag/big jacket, we got caught out at Collie River a few years ago, went down with the usual summer type stuff and froze on the first night, the flock of SWMBO descended on Collie town site the next morning & boosted the economy quite considerably purchasing warm anything :D

Cheers,

Peter.

Thats because you're in the Northern Hemisphere. The one creating all the extra carbon gases that we will have to pay tax on, even though its not a southern hemisphere problem (90% of the worlds population live in the northern hemisphere).

(Not having a go at you Meanz06, just a big issue here at the moment)
