RRS 2010 off road tyres

Hi,
I have 2010 RRS and want to buy the new Goodyear Wrangler MTR 19" kevlar tyres. My local bob jane dealer has the new tread pattern listed but is telling me they are unavailable, they are not even made yet, but there is stock of the old tread pattern available.
Does anyone know if this is true or if there are stocks of the new tread pattern anywhere,
