I bet the buy it now price mentioned only in the description of $7600 was the reason for removal, and/or no reserve set.

I emailed the seller whern the ad still existed, and this was the reply:
"Hello there and thanks for your interest,
The car is in perfect working condition, with no scratches, no rust or damage. It was always garaged and never been smoked in.The interior is very clean and the title is clear, no liens or loans. The price is $7,600 with shipping/handling included and it's not negotiable. The car is registered in Australia on my name and address but I moved with my family in Italy, Rome. In order to make this a successful deal we will use eBay.
I would like to know from the begining if you are really interested in purchase, so i can stop negotiating with potential buyers.
If you have any further question please do not hesitate to ask.
Thank you"
Typical response. I've emailed them back to string them along

I might have to fly up to Exmouth and grab the one my brother-in-law wants to sell...... If I can talk him down.

Tell him you will take the car and he can keep your sister. That should halve the money drain on his wallet. :wasntme:

Sounds a bit like one of the scams that was around a while ago where a bloke wants to buy your car but he is on a ship.

That is the second time the listing has disappeared, first time it had 7 bids and was up to $8300.
I'm also sure it's a photo lifted off an earlier sale ( it's exactly the configuration I would want, so its one I've seen before)
