3 inch radiator cap

Hi guys,
Just received my Paddock parts from the UK and they have sent a rad cap that doesn't fit my radiator.
The rusted cap is actual a 3 inch dia. cap. I looks to be original, but Paddocks reckon that they don't have this size. Does anyone else have a cap this size, or more importantly, where can I get one??
