fuel filter on 4.4 D3?

G'day,

I'm my disco 3 is 2000km from its first service.The "filter kit" that i ordered didn't include a fuel filter. Rang the supplier, said he hadn't sold a filter?!?! for a D3!!

I am thoughly confused about the fuel filter on the D3. Just spent half an hour looking through the manual that i down loaded and havn't found the fuel filter! Ill try again tomorrow.

Just checked the maintenance shedule and there is no fuel filter on it!

Where is the filter? and how offen do you replace it?

It appear fuel filter located in the fuel delivery module ( item 15 ) - fitted with a renewable element.

take the gear box undertray off, and you will see it on the drivers side
