Had a constant problem with air con cutting in and out since I had it fitted
some months ago. Mine is a 93 defender and the air con is from a similar era
vehicle. The air con guy says because there is no thermo fan on the condensor, the gas pressure rises when the vehicle is stationary or the radiator fan cuts out and therefore triggers the high pressure switch to cuts out. Can anyone tell me if they have a thermo fan on their condensor as standard? Shows a thermo fan in the AMC wiring diagram
