a disc brake warning

i just thought i'd share this little link of a problem that has cropped up in the UK ...

read the link carefully and check if you have the same kit, as his caliper mount casting has cracked terminally

this is a kit that could (not sure if it's discontinued) be bought commercially not some homemade job by joe bloggs in his garden shed

That is nasty - even though it was not longer carried the seller should have rectified the situation.

If you look closely you can see the cracks in the other areas in the first pic.
