Stupidly I left my Helton heat exchange in my D1 when I sold. dumbdumbdumb. The guy who bought it couldn't of cared less about a having a beer under a hot shower in the scrub.
I now want to fit one to the D4. Erm.........under which bit of plastic are the heater hoses. :confused::confused::confused:
Anyone found a cosey spot to fit one in a V8? Series or Parallel???
I fitted the one in the D1 in parallel on Heltons advice. It never got hot enough so always had to pinch off the hose to the fire wall with vice grips (could have put some taps in I guess) because the water flow through the car interior heater could not actually be turned off. Does anyone know what the situation is with the D4 climate control. If it is turned off in the cab is there a valve that stops the hot water flow???
