Is there a design a car website

As the title says, a mate i work with is wanting to but a new car and wants to change it, mags, spoiler kit etc, but he wants to see what it would look like before he buys the parts incase he doesnt like it.

Depends what car-Need for Speed (game) allows you to build up cars with spoilers, rims, paint, decals all that stuff as you progress through the game.
