There's one at Alto with raised air intake & no bullbar; same colour, same canopy, looks swish!

I think the 110 dualcab is the best looking Landy around. Those pics look like they were taken in Cambridge Park or there abouts,so not far from KLR.

Without a doubt there the hottest looking defender.......................when I was in the market I neally traded "practicality" on my long tray 130 twin cab for a black 110 twin cab simply for looks, thats how great they look !!

My Parents owned this one from new. Had it 18 months and then they decided they didn't like it. Mum wasn't keen on the 6 speed box (too many gears to pick from) so didn't drive it. They didn't carry a lot but the ute space is pretty useless and the odd occassion they carried passengers it was a tight fit and uncomfortable for rear seat passengers (knees in the back of the front seat, can't see out of windows cause your eye level is above the top of the window, seat too upright). A good vehicle for two up touring but not much good for anything else. They (and I) felt that the Puma was one step too far the dash/seats/revised interior was too big for the vehicle and made the it more cramped than ever. Landrover its time to make a new one that modern dash, seats, A/C etc fits in properly!! On the Plus side it was a hell of a lot quieter and went better than my 300tdi 130DC (and the A/C worked). This one did seem like a 'good' puma with no warranty issues in the time they owned it.
They were looking to get a Disco 3 but live in Rural NSW that lacks much dealer support so in the end traded this and the commodore they had for a near new Diesel Pajero (which they are very happy with and they say tows their van much better than the defender did).
Just thought you might like to know... and whoever ended up with the defender, enjoy.
Thanks

love the bullbar
pretty happy with mine, yep the rear seats are a bit straight up and down, but we have twin cabs at work, including nissan chopjobs, and i reckon the deffer has a little more legroom with the seat right back.
only me and missus, and little bloke still in booster seat, but reckon by the time the little bloke gets too big for the back seat missus wont want to go camping, so just me, little bloke and dog..:)
i chose the 110cc for camping, bit of rubbish carraige, the dog, bloody good looks and one other thought, was the a/c, it doesn't have to work so hard comparedf to the wagon.
good allround truck, and its a deefer
cheers

Amazing what you find from a google images search for canopy ideas. I now own this vehicle and have for almost 2 years. Its changed A LOT since i purchased it and is still an ongoing project. Anyway thanks for posting this i now have more images to add to its history. PS. you wouldn't happen to know where the original books are hiding would you? haha
