So I am in process of draining and flushing my radiator....

Am I missing something? There seems to Be no where near 10-13 litres coming out when i let it drain??

I have taken out the drAin plug on the bottom of the hose beneath the radiator and disconnected the radiator hoses etc

Help please!

Hi
On the side of the block of the 300TDi there is a bung to drain the water galleys.
To drain the heater, the control must be on the high setting, then undo the lowest and nearest hose joint to the heater core.

The nose of the landrover should be slightly down hill, if necessary jack up the back axle.

Virtually impossible to get it all out in one hit,
Refill and run to temp then drain again, do this a couple of times and that should do it.

And take note of the heater tip in previous post!
I probably wouldn't bother disconnecting the hose just make sure it is on.

Cheers,
Paul.
