What diff oil should I use on D2 td5?

Are they limited slip diff?

I use this:

HYPOID 80W-90 - Penrite Oil (http://www.penriteoil.com.au/products/gear-oils/hypoid_80w-90)

Book says 75w90, I use 80w90 Castrol in the diff and transfer case and have done for years. Some use synthetic also the advantage I guess is you can leave it in longer.

How much does each diff hold?
Tried search but on the iPhone it's useless.
