D1 LPG Fixes

Sometimes the best fixes can be the easiest. The odd running and erratic tick over on my 96 V8i D1 has been traced to an air leak on the gas pipe between the regulator and the inlet plenum. Once this was found and sorted it was a simple matter of setting the tick over (thanks to our resident expert for this pointer). Whilst there is still some fine tuning to do the motor is now running strong on LPG and almost has an even tick over.

I think the complete system needs an overhaul as it was installed over 5 years ago, over the next few months I'll replacing hoses and may even give the regulator an overhaul with a new seal and diaphragm kit.
