Mine would appear to be screwed on with something akin to a self-tapping screw. There are two clips in the radiator support that seem to be there for it.

Will they not vibrate out?

Nope, they should be fine and stay where you put 'em.

Nope -as Johnno says, they will stay put if they have the original clips. Because these are spring loaded against the stem of the screw, they act as an anti-shake device.

I have seen them replaced by a captive nut, and these do tend to rattle loose.

They look like original clips. They are not the original screws. I don't have them but I do have some long black self-tappers.

I was just a bit concerned because I can't do them up too tight or they will bend the emblem plate.
