just recently i have not been using my old faithful daily maybe once every 9 days or so.
now every time i go to use it it's completly flat.
dose anyone know where to start.
something maybe worth a mention when i purchased car all interior light fittings have been removed, and rear wiper switch removed don't know why

Where you start is to get a Multimeter, and set it to amps and remove the +or - terminal from the battery and measure the amps being used.
If excessive and above say 0.2amps , then you remove fuses systematically and see which fuse/fuses causes the amp usage to drop .
Be particularly aware of added things like CB radios/compressors/ mobile cradles that may not be connected via fuses etc.
Eg I found that after I fitted a 70 amp relay which was energised at all times , that it considerably increased my draw. I had a fuse in circuit so pull the fuse until needed.

As above, and also disconnect your alternator to check for current draw. Then buy your car a trickle charger, solar panel or charge-and-maintain charger to keep it topped up. Your battery may be ruined now.
