Hi everyone.

Ive read the posts about General Grabbers etc. I am looking for a more agressive tyre. I was hoping that i could fit the maxxis bighorn 275 65 18. The only problem is that they are only an 8 ply. I had the Buckshot on my D2 and they were a great tyre. I wanted to come back a bit with the focus being on a bit more rock and sand. That being said its hard to find tyres that fit those 18 inch rims. I'm also not that keen on Coopers, slashed three side walls one weekend in Victoria. Maxxis mudders a month later, same line, same pressure, no problems.

Anybody put the MAxxis on a D3 with 18's and does anybody have any other suggestions as to what tyres are available would be welcome.

Thans in advance:D

Dont know how i missed that thread. I've been searching for a while now. That explains a lot. Really did want to run those tyres, might have to look for some other 17" rims. I hate ATR's because for 6 months of the year everything in Victoria is mud. Especially this year.

Thanks for your help
