To anyone who is interested,
I have a 1967 4cyl Series II ex-army Land Rover I wish to sell.
Our family has had this Series II for many years and prior to us it was property of the Australian military. It has 49,870Km on the clock.
About a year ago I decided to restore it and I began to take it apart. Unfortunately, my life has become a lot busier and I simply do not have the time to keep working on it. I have decided that this beautiful vehicle needs to go to someone who's willing to put the time into it and bring it back to its glory days.
There was never anything wrong with the engine before I started taking it apart. The engine ran beautifully and it purred. I basically just wanted to get into it and replace all the perishables and wiring and minor surface rust issues. So to put it back together won't be too difficult for someone who knows Land Rovers. I've attached some images to give you an idea of the condition it is in.
Long story short, I would like to sell the Land Rover as it is and I'm looking for Land Rover lovers in the hope that someone would be interested in buying it and restore it to its glory days.
Let me know if you're interested or know of someone who might be.
Cheers
