It looks like tyres bigger than 32" are possible if you are willing to make the effort. Under the circumstances, the colour looks OK - perhaps the jpg should be sent to a certain football player as to what a real effort looks like.

As to the horns, well I think the "door" to the bin above should be relocated to the front and then the horns could also serve as climbing aids.:)
