any one here use capture one pro 6 ?
downloaded the trial and started to play with it.
LOVE the white balance tool!
shame capture nx2 or lightroom dont have something similar
pity it costs an arm and a leg though the white balance tool is in the express version.

and neither of them compare imho
it so dam quick and very very accurate...
but bucket loads of bucks :p

I've not used the program...but I do like the results with lightroom. Are you using the dropper tool in LR or the temp slider? I don't use it for landscapes or nature shots mind you...maybe it's easier using it on people?

Yeah C1 is great. Best results IMO.. I too got addicted with the demo (was years ago when the D100 was released....) but ended up with Bibble Pro.
Still use it now.. BP5 = Best bang for buck.

I use CS5 which does a 100 times more than what I will or can ever use it for. Its expensive but if you buy it for a student (ie a high school student) who has an ID you can save a bundle.

it does the job, just not the way c1 does. its like putting a morris minor beside a ferrari daytona ...

If your not happy with the white balance in the program get your self a 18% grey card and set your own you lazy git:p
