Sticking door latches on P38A

Hi guys, biggest problem with my P38A is the effort needed to open a door from the outside. I am constantly afraid I'm going to break the door handle off.
I did read somewhere ,a while back ,the way to fix this problem but now I can't find it. can anyone point me at it ? I've searchrd many times but just can't find the thread.

I knew of it as I was the one who posted the link to the RRNET site. I have done the mod on the driver's door handle on mine.
