D4 Electronic Brake Controller Socket

I have a 2011 SDV6 3.0L and have purchased a Tekonsha P3 Controller that came with the Discovery 4 Connector cable which i gather is also a ford connector. My problem is i cant find the socket under the dash.
Anyone know where it lives?
