If it is America then the holster is on the passengers side of the vehicle, for use by the guy riding shotgun, or in this case, the guy riding machine gun.:)

as posted in the funny pics thread, its an airsoft gun, and the car is painted/accesorised to look like a safari vehicle from a jurassic park movie. If you saw the whole car, apparently the logo on the door matches one of the films, but i haven't seen the film...
