Driver's Seat Adjustment

Hi there, I'm just wondering if anyone has experience of the seat adjustment (front to rear) not working and if so what the fix might be.

I'd try percussive maintenance first Percussive maintenance - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Then if that fails to work I'd contort myself into some horrible shape and try and get a decent look under there - a headtorch will help.

Maybe there's a spring that's come loose or snapped?

If the mechanism feels tight you could always go a bit mad with something like WD40 or CRC aimed at the relevant area. Remember that there is no such thing as too much WD40.
