just thought id throw it up here, ive found on ebay replacement buttons for the key fob. i thought for 17 bucks its worth a try. well four days later they arrived and it takes about 30 seconds to replace them, now my key looks like new again and doesn't have a hole in it to let grime into the remote.

Part No. YWC000300 - about $4 from a dealer. I buy them in a pack of 5.

I put this up on RR.NET some years back: Key/Remote Problems and Solutions (http://www.rangerovers.net/repairdetails/keyremote.html#buttonsworn)
