Carnarvon was a favourite long weekend fishing trip when I first got my licence, didnt have a 4x4 back then, and couldnt find anything that resembled a beach.
Fished the jetty, wich always fished well, the prawn factory was also good pickings. Also enjoyed fishing the entrance to the boat harbour on the tide change many times.Great for Mangrove Jacks and plenty of Mulloway, mainly soapies.

Craig,I missed out on 7 nites at Warroora Station Homestead with a bunch of fishos in July last year, despite giving 6 months notice, the boss has preference and I had to do his job whist he was in the Pilbara/Kimberlies for 2 weeks.
Never mind the $10.00 hour extra I got paid whilst he was away helped with the purchase of a boat.Shame the bank account is bust,I would be draging it up there to join you;);););)
