Looking to buy a SII conversion. Or wanting to converse. Anybody know any conversion mechanics in/around Melbourne?

Hands down the series 2/2a variant without an engine is by far the most economical to own and run.
I did a quick comparison of the running and maintenance costs between my series 3 daily driver and a series 2 with no engine and the savings are exponential. Plus the amount saved on oils, tyres, registration, they are great. Certainly is cheaper than the ones with engines by a long shot. Here endeth the BS:angel:
