Hello gentlemen, I'm sorry but I have a small question.
Unfortunately I can not afford to LR so I put it at least in scale 1:10. And for this reason I look for help. I'm building a 130 in this picture http://img7.rajce.idnes.cz/d0702/5/5123/5123580_4cb6ca5e5eb4b232345198a0c3d9a6a2/images/pm1a.jpg,
unfortunately it is the only information that I managed to get the NET. You do not know someone to contact the owner, or to any information about this handsome? This is me on the other side photos and some details important for the proper observance of the original.
I enclose a sample of body building

Actually that is a Defender 150, the B axle is 109" from the A(front) axle and the C axle 149" from A. The drive to the C axle is a box on the front of the B axle diff with a shaft parallel to the diff pinion and connecting to a prop shaft to the C diff.

The Malaysian Army have similar type body 6X6 but don't know if coil sprung.

The Australian Army 6X6 is different, leaf spring rear and wider body.

Southern Electricity in UK had coil spring 6X6 ex Land Rover Factory I believe (or had factory warranty)

Try Foley Specialist Vehicles who build 6X6 Defender in UK Landrover conversions by Foley Specialist Vehicles (http://www.foleyspecialistvehicles.co.uk/)

Also look at Michael Calvert's 6X6 Michael's 6x6 Defender (http://www.lr-mad.co.uk/en/6x4-and-6x6/michaels-6x6-defender) which was one of the Southern Electricity 6X6 Defenders.

Thank you for this information, but all these forums I have studied, there is also the only mention of this car:
6x4 and 6x6 Defender (http://www.lr-mad.co.uk/en/6x4-and-6x6/6x4-a-6x6-defender)

I thought I WOULD send you a pic of my 6x6 Defender Taken in Morocco in September 2008. It was built on a chassis design and features a 4.6 V8 engine (Petrol is cheap in Guernsey)! Foley 6x6 conversion, ARB Locking Diffs on all axles, Ashcroft underdrive, QT suspension, Including rose jointed and balls, rose jointed radius arms, X eng Springs, and a long list of Other items, Including 2 alternators, electric fans, and communication gear for ITS role as a support unit for recovery and Volunteer services here in the Channel Islands.

I am going to change the body style a full expedition over the winter (2009-2010) with it Will Be Completely Different for next year's Billing show. It weighs 3.2 tonnes all up, and Will to well over the speed limit in the UK, let alone one in our 35 mph Guernsey!

Because it is relatively little information I was allowed to address you here, where these cars REALLY understand. Still, thanks for your answers and if someone can help I will be eternally grateful.
It is my particular photos from the other side, front and rear.
Thanks Peter
PS: excuse my "google" English :oops2:

Can understand your "Googlish" but don't know what you want.

Please ask us (exactly) your questions. (What you want to know!)
