Child Restraint Fitting in Tasmania

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has had this done in Tasmania(preferably Launceston). It is to be fitted in our 2011 Puma.

Also failing this can you purchase a crab bar elsewhere and have it fitted here by someone else?

I would like to avoid using the ARB cargo barrier solution.
