Series lights

While going through some boxes of parts etc which did belong to my father i have found two lights.They have 3 wires & a long rubber boot on the back of them.They are exactly the same as the front blinker/side lights on the series one but are bright orange.They have the same letters & numbers also as the one's on the S1.

Does anyone know what model the are from?Maybe S2?

Possibly S2, although it should be noted that neither S2 nor early S2a had blinkers as standard, so there were a variety of blinkers fitted, and some of these could well have been the same as the S1 sidelights. Note that S2/2a (and S1 for that matter) had a variety of different sidelights anyway, although the variety seen in Australia is somewhat less. Of course, it may not have been off a Landrover at all!
