It's over 30 years since I did my training (with no flights since) so I don't think I qualify any longer.

It's over 30 years since I did my training (with no flights since) so I don't think I qualify any longer.

I'm sure we can organise a collection to put you up in a glider and see what happens.:p

I think it is almost forty since I did a trial instruction flight in one. Decided I preferred wings with engines attached and haven't been in one since.

sadly the only gliders that I fly are made from a sheet of A4 paper. But if I ever get the money I will learn to fly.

First flew in gliders in 1973 and then again in 1984 but have never flown in them since - wouldn't mind getting back into it but these days with too many landies and being retired, I have to watch my pennies.
