I was wheeling today at Ripley (Brisbane). Despite Wanglemoose's express advice not to, my dear wife Blondie went into a boghole. Well, after a anxious stuck moment, a snatch out and a water-over-the-doors scare, we were free, but the back left airbag was cactus, or at least it looked like it was. It was on the bump stops and not coming up.

I told Blondie to keep going, and since I did not have my laptop to clear the imminent EAS hard fault, I was plenty concerned. But alas, due to my particular Rangey's super spirit, and a few bump and lumps, over the next 2km, the rear airbag re-seated itself and she re-levelled without intervention and continued to lead the convoy of (Rangey, Triton, Pajero, 2010 Prado).

Go the RANGEY!

That's it!! Correct me if i'm wrong, but i found the P38 as much electrics as it has, seems to have numerous default modes on them. So regardless what happens, 90% of the times you can continue to drive to a mechanic workshop without any major issues. Where's a lot of other cars simply stop.

welcome to the riply mud, its horrid, the worst thing with the bog holes out there apart from the depth is the amount of junk that gets thrown in there. one of my mates got stuck in one hole on what turned out to be an engine block.
