So, now the fun begins - I have worked out what all the buttons do now, and can use most of the features, but there are now a few things bugging me that I cannot do - maybe someone can shed some light on the following:-

1 - How do I listen to the stereo without the key in the ignition? I can get the display to light up by pressing the power button, but I can't get any sound to come out without the key in the ignition... which leads me onto..

2 - Can you stop the audible bonging alarm sound that happens all the time with the drivers door open, and the key in the ignition? It is driving me crazy. :p

3 - Auto lock of the doors - mine doesn't do it, but I believe you can have this as an option.

So, are any or all of these able to be fixed without a trip to the dealer (which aint going to happen)...

Any other user configurable things I should be aware of?

Cheers - Gav

1 - no idea
2 - dealer or faultmate
3 - dealer or faultmate, sure you want to auto lock? our other car does it and it craps me no end.

I think you have to get used to it - is in the later RRS and D3 and is a pain - it does stop after 60secs but feels like 60 hours.

If you find out how to stop the gonger please let us know.

I think the RSW L322 MK-111 All Comms can fix/adjust most of these !

Thanks guys, but I now have more pressing problems with it - as per my thread in "General Chat" the trannie went out on an extended lunch break today, so the extra few grand (and more) I thought I had saved haggling down the price will come in handy now...
