Hi All,
I am having a problem with my Prodigy brake controller. It is showing a overload condition (OL on display) when the van is moving when braking volts get above approx 7 volts. This only happens when van is moving. Does anyone know the trip current that will activate this condition on the Prodigy so I can determine if problem is in the van or Prodigy. I have contacted Teshonka and am awaiting there reply.
Also, I am get a clicking sound from the brakes when stationary without brake applied.(approx once every 4-5 secs). When I disconnect Prodigy problem disappears.
