Looking at the state of the floor it looks like it might of been drowned would need to look at it very carefully before throwing any money down.

It also looks like the Isuzu has been replaced with a 3.5l Rover V8, and a 5 speed, I'd be guessing a LT77, (...........and a Range Rover steering wheel??).

I can't see any reference to it having an Isuzu motor. The VIN indicates it's an early 85 station wagon with V8 and 4 speed LT95. Looks like someone has changed the motor to a 3.9 V8 to me.

Hi Andy, I'm just going off the information on the sale sheet, ie 3.5L Petrol and having a 5 speed, (in hindsight it could well be an LT85). It has the Isuzu dash and blanked off firewall air vents, so I'm guessing it originally had the Isuzu and an LT95 box. This is all assuming they didn't get the info in the add wrong........

Cheers,

Tim

I stand, (well sit :) ), corrected, I've just spotted the "V8" at the end of the sticker line also.

But does it not have a Isuzu County firewall??? Perhaps someone wanted the aircon????

Someone will just have to buy it and let us know :)

Cheers,

Tim

Not sure what you mean by an "isuzu" county firewall???

Both V8 and Diesel countys had the same firewall, AC and vent system.

In fact, V8 and isuzu countys are identical apart from the engine (incl ancillaries), bellhousing, engine mounts and t-case high range ratio.

Hi Ben, I didn't realise that, the fist time I saw that firewall, AC etc was when I came to Australia on the Isuzu Counties, so I thought that layout was specific to the Isuzu engined 110's. Learn something new every day :)
