DEALER DONE GOOD.......!

This is a little premature , but am prepared to give my local dealer ,allbeit a bit distant ,,,,,,,,,a good rap.

puma **** its pants monday arvo.
l-r-assist picks up monday arvo, drops at dealer lunchtime tue.
tue arvo-dealer informs me of diagnosis, re; engine...issue-------vibration issue.
parts ordered ,tue arvo .hand brake drum/ coolant temp sensor.
parts arrive wed, wed arvo vehicle ready.
vehicle to be retuned to my h.q. thurs noon.

apart from not having test driven / scrutinised wagon myself yet ,so final judgment is on hold,,,,

i have to say the service to date,has been outstanding.

well after reading many sad storys on here ..

i thought i should spread the good word..............cheers

got puma back today....dealer true to their word delivered it to my door.....200k round trip'

i was a firm believer that SERVICE had all but disappeared,,,apparenrtly ,not so.:)

only gone for 3 days ,, but very happy to have her back,,, like a favourite thong that had gone missing..

conducted bush trials this afternoon....

all is well ,,, new h/brake drum fitted ,,,vibration gone ...one happy puma owner...

drum roll.................

and the dealer is.
