Well, I'm on the move again - having had two years back in wonderful SA (and picked up the grey D4 (hence the user name!) after 16 years before that in WA its off to join the firm's Brisbane office. Sad to say goodbye to all the wonderful things that make SA Great (especially the Flinders Ranges, wine and incredibly good value and quality food, restuarants etc...and wine....did I mention wine? Anway, looking forward to Qld as are the missus and kids. The D4 is looking forward to Fraser Island, Moreton Island, outback Qld and ...hmmm.....maybe the Cape Trip!!!

Nice! The upside is how you & your family are getting to taste all areas of Australia whilst gainfully(I hope!)employed.
All the best with your latest move. How old are your kids? Maybe this will be a perfect time for Qld.?

yes, kids are 7, 8 and 9 (!) and all very excited. Being transfered - again - with Ernst & Young so CBD based but hopefully time on weekends to play!.

Welcome to Qld! Check out the Gold Coast club, lots of good camping and 4wding trip all family and kid friendly We have 3 little'n's that love the trips :)

Cruel ...but more then likely very correct, I'm sure you will have lots of work around Brisbane and the Gold Coast for sometime to come.

Another:o at the christmas party last weekend there were more Range Rovers and Discos than anything else:D

You'd be welcome at the Brisbane club too.

We have a few D3/D4 owners as well.

That's the thing with us Qld'ers we are a welcoming bunch !


Please fill the back of the D4 with cases of Coopers Vintage before you drive up. I LOVE that stuff.

They have just started brewing Sapo beer i noticed (Japanese?) under licence....odd!
