Which model ?

Tdi's use a HD 1300 Series uni, TD5's use either a 1300/1310 or 1310/1310 uni's.

The HD 1300's are Australian Hardy Spicer part # K5-A757 and are needed rather than a K5-L4R.
Don't let anyone tell you they are the same, the K5-L4R won't last near as long.

Here are pics of the difference between the K5-A757 and K5-L4R. (courtesy of a thread on LR4x4)
Note the different diameter on the cross.

Very interesting.

I just replaced my RRC rear uni joints last weekend. I'm sure the removed ones were the originals (340,000km on the clock, I know it's been wound back too).
The originals looked just like the HD's shown, stub diameter (scrabbling through scrap metal bin) is 18mm. The replacements were 16.5mm stubs.:(
