Alternator Replacement

Has anyone had to replace their altenator on their D3 TDV6 2.7 Diesel?
I have done 120k and the charging voltage is only 13.8. The voltage doesn't change either when all electrics are turned on.

From what I can find part number is Denso YLE500400. Can anyone confirm?
Any good suppliers in Perth?
