G'Day all, can anyone recomend a decent hands free car kit for a D3 TDV6?
Are they easy enough to install your self?

Thanks Darren

parrot?
However we used a $25 chinese special on the Golf that works through the radio. Also takes a USB stick.
D3 has an aftermarket head unit which has blue teeth.

Hi I have a Parrot MK 9200 in my D3 and it works a treat, you buy the adapter wiring and it intergrates into the car stereo. Very happy with it and installed it myself.

Apparently (according to the Parrot website), this is only possible with the standard D3 audio. If you have any of the Harmon Kardon options, then you need to contact a "Certified Installer" for "more information".

Reasonably easy as long as you are comfortable pulling your dash apart. I have fitted a Nokia CK7w but your choice of car kit dosent affect the install. More info here (http://www.aulro.com/afvb/d3-d4-rrs/123697-d3-phone-kit.html#post1485793)
