Try a hard reset, refer to FAQ's.
If this doesnt work you may need some software updates.

FAQ is on one of the upper title bars to the left along with User CP, Blogs and the like.
FAQ is a section in the forum with answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
Below is how to do a Hard Reset. The intent of the Hard Reset is to erase some of the software blockages that in your case may be keeping the radio off line. I am not certain that the Land Rover software writers are yet up to where I would let them code software for an aircraft - at least one I was on.
In brief, to start the hard reset process, open the hood but close all doors and let your 3 go to sleep - no radio display etc and no key in the ignition.
(I find that it is often a good idea to have the drivers door window rolled down and the key in my pocket whenever fooling about the vehicle.)
Disconnect the ground battery terminal from the main starting battery.
Disconnect the positive battery terminal from the main starting battery.
(I assume that you only have one battery in your 3. If not, disconnect the others as well and leave them disconnected until after all is done.)
Connect the negative cable to the positive cable. (NOT the battery.) You will need a short length, (a foot or so), of light gauge, (14 to 18 gauge AWG, stranded copper), wire to do this as there is not enough slack in the positive and negative battery cables for them to touch each other.
Hold them together for about a minute or so, (some say 5 to 10 minutes); you are discharging memory modules within the engine computer and elsewhere.
Reattach positive terminal to the main starting battery.
Reattach negative terminal to the main starting battery.
Start engine and hopefully no warning lights and that your radio is now working. If so, reset the time on the radio - note that the station presets should be still there as not everything is erased. Nothing much else needs resetting either.
You can now connect up the other batteries if you have a multiple battery setup.

My D4 did the same at about 30K. No radio and my phone wouldn't work through it either. Turned out it was the CD player. My dealer replaced it and it has been fine since.

This might sound strange, but check that ALL your "BRAKE LIGHTS" are working correctly.
My dealer @ last service couldn't get a radio in time for a changeover to fix a problem. BUT at the same service they changed a brake light globe which had blown (& I didn't know about). The original problem with the radio disappeared but was replaced with another problem.
I did a full reset on the electronics (as describe here by someone else) and the new problem was solved.
I did let the dealer replace the radio anyway, whilst they did another delayed item

I've had the "radio not working" issue twice now on my 2007 D3 SE. Both times I've removed the radio and pulled the plugs on the back which has fixed the issue. This is probably more hassle than doing a hard reset as posted, but I didn't want to mess with the rest of the car. It's been fine now for around 5000kms (did it twice within 200kms!!)
I suspected the electronic brake controller wiring sucking more power from the centre console supply, which has been unplugged since the last issue.
I've had other comment that it can be related to a battery that isn't performing as it should during a start!?
