It seems that it is a break trough in the design of wrenches.

I seem to remember seeing something very similar to this about thirty years ago - and it failed to take over the market! Problem is that they work provided the nut/bolt is in good condition and not too tight, but if is tight or at all out of spec, it will simply round the corners of the nut/bolt.

Yup, an old design rehashed, they can't work unless the spanner is exactly aligned with the hexanonal. Where in the real world do you get that? What about having to turn the spanner more than 1/6 turn to get the ratchet action to work? Regular flat spanners aren't that hard to twirl in your hands.

Yes, not a "unique new design" as they claim.
Actually, I hoped that the subject line had a typo and that I was going to see a new wench on the block. :p

Yes I have a set from about 30 years ago, still use them occasionally. They worked well enough for me to keep them.

I have had a set for 10 years or so and I have never used them, they are in the toolbox with all the others, I just haven't used them for some reason, mine are double ended open enders, Regards Frank.
